We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer to tackle two main challenges:
Short-term: Build an ambitious MVP and ensure quality and scalability. Long-term: maintain and extend our product.
Build a technical culture that will allow the scale of the tech team.

Coordinate and manage other developers.

Required skills
Blockchain development (2y+) — Architecture, write and deploy Smart-Contracts in Solidity.
Leadership — Implement efficient methodologies: reviews, pair programming, result-driven, test-driven, etc.
Best Practices — Ensure the team delivers clean code that can scale. Ensure upgradability and plausibility. Configure CI/CD, linters, dev tools, etc.
Organization — Collaborate on tech roadmap with CTO, and break down abstract projects into concrete steps.
Management — Animate daily stand-ups, communicate with other leads, and report to the founders and other teams.

WEIFoundation is seeking a senior-level hybrid Frontend Engineer & UI/UX Designer to lead the design and implementation of frontends for our FinTech product.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of design and frontend development, from research, planning, ideation and designing in Figma, to implementation, testing and iteration, all in close collaboration with leadership and other engineers. You will also have the opportunity to build subgraphs, create Dune dashboards, interview candidates, improve upon our DevOps tooling, contribute to high-level frontend architecture decisions, and more! 
Candidates without web3 development experience are welcome to apply and will be trained up.
The Ideal Candidate 
The ideal candidate for this role will have expert proficiency in React & Figma, a proven track record of designing & developing web3 user interfaces
